five. How to use:
1. Dissolve: Use non-ferrous containers. Use clean water with a water temperature below 60°C. Slowly and evenly spread the coal washing flocculant into the container while draining the water, so that the coal washing flocculant is fully stirred with the water in the container. After continuous stirring for 50-60 minutes, it can be used. Stir the leaf line Speed depends on container.
2. Addition: Dilute the dissolved coal washing flocculant with clean water and use the concentration between 0.02-0.2%. Use a valve to control the flow and evenly add it to the coal slime water. (You can also directly prepare the flocculant with a concentration between 0.02-0.2%. solution).
6. Notes:
1. If not handled properly during dissolution, less soluble flocculent suspended matter will appear suspended in the water. It should be filtered out or slowly wait for dissolution before use, without affecting the use effect.
2. The addition amount should be moderate. Too much or too little will not achieve obvious flocculation effect. The user should adjust the dosage according to the different conditions such as coal slime water quality, water flow speed and washing amount.
3. If the dosage of flocculant is small and the effect is not ideal during use, but if the dosage is increased, stringing and other shelter problems will occur. You can reduce or increase the concentration of the flocculant solution and increase the flow rate to increase the dosage of flocculant. Or moving the flocculant addition position backward to lengthen the mixing time of the flocculant and coal slime water can also solve the above-mentioned shelter problem.
